Five Easy Steps To Use IZest

1.The shoulder straps generate a pulling effect, just like two invisible hands gently pushing the shoulders outwards.
Rolling back the shoulders and opening up the chest allow better breathing space and lung cavity.

This corrective force corrects stooped shoulders or round shoulders.

2.Put on iZEST™, the same way how you put on a jacket. It should be worn over any inner wear.

3.Gently hold the waistband with both hands, pulling downwards until the waistband is just in line as your navel.

4.Tighten up the waistband below the navel.
The waistband shall be tight enough to prevent from being pulled up. While walking/ bending/changing to sitting posture, the iZEST™ may move up caused by the movement of the pelvis.
Just pull the waistband down or tighten it up again.

5.Stretch your shoulders and move your chin backward. Pull shoulder straps forward.
